Lasso” is back for its third — and possibly final — season. Season 3 premieres Wednesday on Apple TV+.
2. Art
Ruby City is spotlighting artist Nancy Rubins as part of Contemporary Art Month. Rubins will take part in a virtual chat with independent curator Sarah Softness about her work, including “5,000 lbs. of Sonny’s Airplane Parts, Linda’s Place, and 550 lbs. of Tire-Wire,” the large-scale work in the museum’s sculpture garden. There also will be a celebration of her work, including an artist-led project and a performance by Cirque Aria. Virtual talk: 3 p.m. Thursday. Free. Register at rubycity.org. 3. Celebration
It’s easy to be green this weekend with St. Patrick’s Day celebrations taking over downtown. The Bud Light St. Patrick’s Day Festival will feature live music, arts, vendors and food in La Villita. The San Antonio river will be dyed green in preparation for a parade featuring a dozen Irish-themed floats carrying celebrants, entertainers and a bagpiper or two.

4. Classical music
Camerata San Antonio’s core string quartet will play side by side with the young musicians they teach. The musicians will play Mendelssohn’s Octet, which Camerata plays every 10 years.

5. Concert
The Zombies, the British Invasion band known for the hits “She’s Not There” and “Time of the Season,” have a new album, “Different Game,” coming out at the end of the month. The band is hitting town after playing a couple of showcases at SXSW in Austin.
