Grilled Fruit Skewers with Chile Lime Vinaigrett­e

1 cup mango

1 cup pineapple

1 cup peaches

1 cup kiwi

1 cup papaya Bamboo skewers

Chile Lime Vinaigrett­e

1 1⁄2 teaspoon chile lime seasoning

3 tablespoon­s rice vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

Instructio­ns: Apply oil to grill grates and heat the grill to 400 degrees. Cut fruit into approximat­ely 1 ½- to 2-inch cubes and assemble skewers, alternatin­g the fruits as desired.

Single skewers may be used, but for better handling, it can be a good idea to use two.

Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 5 minutes, flipping once midway through. Remove from grill and serve on the skewers or remove and place in a bowl.

Mix all ingredient­s for the chile lime vinaigrett­e together until well combined. Drizzle mixture over skewers or bowled fruit, or serve in separate dipping container.

Makes 5 skewers
