I totally agree with Judge Robert R. Barton that “parties are entitled by law to file lawsuits contesting elections and members of Congress are entitled by law to file objections to the Electoral College vote.”

His words — “failure to respect the system threatens our democracy” — were more than prophetic when so many refused to respect the system and accept and acknowledge results of countless lawsuits and the eventual congressional acceptance of the Electoral College vote.
