D’angelo: This month’s edition of VERZUZ, the virtual music battle that is helping sustain hip-hop, R&B and gospel fans during the pandemic, is neo-soul and R&B artist D’angelo. The singer behind hit songs such as “Untitled (How Does it Feel),” “Lady” and “Brown Sugar” is likely to perform snippets of these chart-topping songs and more. Jeremy Piven: Emmy Awardwinni­ng actor, best known for playing agent Ari Gold in “Entourage,” has been working the stand-up circuit for the past couple of years. He hit the road not long after facing multiple accusation­s of sexual misconduct, all of which he denied, at the height of the #Metoo movement. “I Saw The Lights”: Playwright and performer Jaston Williams, of “Greater Tuna” fame, stars in this new darkly comic solo show about residents of Lubbock reacting to mysterious lights that appeared over the city in 1951.

“Frida Vice Versa”: San Antonio native Victoria Gutierrez stars in Teatro Audaz’s virtual production of this one-woman show about Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. Artist of the Year exhibit: The San Antonio Art League and Museum presents a one-man show by photograph­er Ansen Seale, its 2020 artist of the year.
