After four seasons, the LAPD’S most arresting new couple has paired up — stern Sgt. Tim Bradford (Eric Winter) and the more emotional cop Lucy Chen (Melissa O’neil). But any hope of a perfect Valentine’s Day is put on hold when Tim discovers Lucy did something behind his back.

Night court NBC, 7 p.m.

When a train delay causes issues, Abby (Melissa Rauch) sees an opportunit­y to serve undergroun­d justice. Gurgs (Lacretta) tries to stall the proceeding­s so Abby can meet her two favorite celebritie­s (Johnny Weir and Tara Lipinski), but Dan (John Larroquett­e) has dinner reservatio­ns he won’t give up.

Henry Louis Gates Jr. reveals the family trees of activist Angela Y. Davis and statesman Jeh Johnson, redefining notions of the Black experience and challengin­g preconcept­ions of America’s past.

TCM spotlight: screwball comedy

TCM, beginning at 7 p.m. Turner Classic Movies’ monthlong Tuesday night celebratio­n of romantic screwball comedies continues. First, Barbara Stanwyck and Henry Fonda star in “The Lady Eve” (1941), followed by Carole

Lombard and John Barrymore in “Twentieth Century” (1934), and Lombard and Fredric March in “Nothing Sacred” (1937). The lineup concludes with “Monkey Business” (1952), starring Ginger Rogers and Cary Grant, and “What’s Up, Doc?” (1972), director Peter Bogdanovic­h’s homage to screwball comedies of the ’30s and ’40s, and the Bugs Bunny cartoons of that era, starring Barbra Streisand and Ryan O’neal.

After a string of armed robberies, the team investigat­es a suspect who leads them to something much bigger.

The FBI teams with the LAPD to take down a shady Casanova linked to a notorious drug lord.

Accused Fox, 8 p.m.

Emmy winner Billy Porter (“Pose”) directs this story about Kevin (J. Harrison Ghee), a shy teacher who moonlights as a fierce drag queen and falls for the wrong guy — a volatile, closeted married man (Chris Coy).

NBC, beginning at 8 p.m.

In back-to-back episodes, the Clearing and Fort unite to celebrate the union of Ty (Chiké Okonkwo) and Paara (Tonantzin Carmelo), but the invitation of a controvers­ial guest threatens to upend the festivitie­s. Lucas (Josh Mckenzie) offers Veronica (Lily Santiago) a strategy to unravel her captor’s connection to 10,000 B.C. Eve (Natalie Zea) and Gavin (Eoin Macken) ally with James (Jonno Roberts) to infiltrate the Lazarus Building in hopes of saving Ty and stopping Kira (Simone Mcaullay) from destroying their only way home. When a deadly horde awakens beneath the Clearing, Veronica must save Ella (Michelle Vergara Moore) before a sting kills her.

Fight the Power: How Hip-hop changed the world

PBS, beginning at 8 p.m.

The docuseries concludes with back-to-back episodes. First, experience hip-hop in the 1990s during the Clinton years and the unstoppabl­e rise in popularity of the music, which is attacked by all sides of the political establishm­ent. The series then follows the evolution of hip-hop as its artists turn into multimilli­onaires and successful entreprene­urs.
