Love at First Kiss

This romantic comedy from Spain tells the story of Javier (Álvaro Cervantes), who, at the age of 16, kissed a girl for the first time and discovered that he had the gift of clairvoyan­ce — or, at least, love clairvoyan­ce. With just one kiss, he is able to see the future of that relationsh­ip before living it, which has led him to become an adult who has never had a lasting relationsh­ip, as he always breaks them off before things start to go wrong. But everything changes the night that he kisses Lucía (Silvia Alonso) and finds himself happily married with children. The problem? Lucía is his best friend’s (Gorka Otxoa) girlfriend.

Transforme­rs: earthspark

The next eight episodes of the first season of this animated entry in the popular “Transforme­rs” franchise drop today. In these installmen­ts, the Terrans continue to uncover their powers while they learn to protect themselves against G.H.O.S.T. Meanwhile, Twitch (voice of Kathreen Khavari), Thrash (Zeno Robinson) and the rest of the Malto family continue to learn what it means to be a Transforme­rs robot, what it means to be human and, ultimately, what it means to be a family. Making their debuts in the voice cast are Keith David as Grimlock, Alfie Alan as Tarantulas and Roger Craig Smith as Breakdown. “Earthspark” has been renewed for a second season.

daisy Jones & The six Prime Video

Based on the bestsellin­g novel by Taylor Jenkins Reid, this 10-episode musical drama

details the rise and fall of a fictional ’70s rock band fronted by charismati­c singers Daisy Jones (Riley Keough) and Billy Dunne (Sam Claflin) decades after they call it quits at the height of their fame. The series features 24 original songs written exclusivel­y for the series and recorded by the cast; the original music will be released by Atlantic Records during the rollout of the series. Along with Keough and Claflin, the drama stars Camila Morrone as Camila Dunne, Will Harrison as Graham Dunne and Timothy Olyphant in a special guest appearance as Rod Reyes. Three episodes are available today and March 10, with two episodes dropping on both March 17 and 24.

FMC, 7 p.m.

Family Movie Classics presents its weekly twofers of Hollywood’s most glittery Golden Age actors, actresses and directors. Tonight: stalwart Gregory Peck. First up for the baritone-voiced star is the prescient 1963 wartime dramedy “Captain Newman, M.D.,” with Peck as an Army Medical Corps officer empathetic­ally treating World War II soldiers suffering what we now call post-traumatic stress disorder. Tony Curtis and Angie Dickinson costar, and notably, while singer Bobby Darin made only 13 films, he

was Oscar-nominated for this one. Peck then sets sail for “The World in His Arms.” In the 1952 adventure, he vies for the affection of Russian countess Ann Blyth and takes on rival pirate Anthony Quinn in a sea race.

Lopez vs. Lopez NBC, 7 p.m.

George (George Lopez) shows he is a less-than-perfect babysitter when he loses Chance (Brice Gonzalez) at a discount department store.

31 days of oscar TCM, beginning at 7 p.m.

Following a daytime lineup of Oscar-winning and -nominated films about life on the homefront during World War II, Turner Classic Movies’ 31 Days of Oscar event turns toward Academy Award-recognized film noir favorites this evening, beginning with “Double Indemnity” (1944), which was nominated for seven Oscars, including Best Picture, Best Actress (Barbara Stanwyck), Best Director (Billy Wilder) and Best Screenplay (Wilder and Raymond Chandler). Also featured are “Mildred Pierce” (1945) — six nomination­s, including Best Picture, and Best Supporting Actress nods for Eve Arden and Ann Blyth, and one win: Best Actress (Joan Crawford, in the first Oscar nomination and only win of her

career); “The Letter” (1940) — seven nomination­s, including Best Picture, Best Actress (Bette Davis), Best Supporting Actor (James Stephenson), Best Director (William Wyler) and Best Original Score (Max Steiner); “The Killers” (1946) — four nomination­s, including Best Director (Robert Siodmak) and Best Screenplay (Anthony Veiller); and “Crossfire” (1947) — five nomination­s, including Best Picture, Best Supporting Actor (Robert Ryan) and Best Supporting Actress (Gloria Grahame).

The critically acclaimed hangout comedy returns for a second season. Friends Noah (Echo Kellum), Nicky (Nicole Byer), Sherm (Carl Tart), Anthony (Aaron Jennings), Wyatt (Justin Cunningham) and Fay (Grasie Mercedes) continue navigating the ups and downs of life and love while finding the humor in it all, always leaning on each other along the way and unpacking everything at their favorite wine bar. In the season premiere, “Wine & Traffic,” Noah responds to Simone’s (Ashleigh Morghan) marriage proposal, which leads the fellas to go on an adventure, while Nicky deals with tension between her and her secret boyfriend. And, of course, there’s wine.
