CITY COUNCILS
The Del Mar City Council will meet in special closed session at 3:15 p.m. Monday to discuss personnel. In regular session at 4:30 p.m., the council will hear a presentation from SANDAG on the city's Bluff Stabilization Project 4 modifications and an update on future stabilizations. The council will also hold a public hearing on solid waste collection and diversion rates. The council will also discuss whether to provide a $75,000 guaranty for a $2.5 million credit option for the Clean Energy Alliance.
ENCINITAS
The Encinitas City Council has canceled its regularly scheduled meeting for Wednesday.
POWAY
The Poway City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, when it will hold public hearings on the annual tax levies for the Poway Lighting District, and for Landscape Maintenance Districts 83-1; 86-1, -2, -3; 87-1; and 19-1. The council will also consider a request to use Community Development Block Grant funds through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) to support Jewish Family Services senior food distribution programs.
VISTA

OCEANSIDE
The Oceanside Unified School District board is scheduled to meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
SAN MARCOS
The San Marcos Unified School District board is scheduled to meet in closed session at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday and in regular session at 6:30 p.m.
SOLANA BEACH
The Solana Beach School District board is scheduled to meet in closed session at 5:15 p.m. Thursday and in regular session at 6:30 p.m.
VISTA
The Vista Unified School District board is scheduled to meet in closed session at 5 p.m. Thursday and in regular session after closed session adjourns.
