PROVING SALES ARE STILL GOING STRONG

While today’s real estate market presents unique challenges due to the pandemic, the Berkshire Hathaway Homeservic­es California Properties team of Neuman & Neuman continues to achieve impressive success, despite challenges resulting from the pandemic’s impact. Noting a decrease of for-sale emails in their email inboxes, the team decided to boost their direct-mail marketing efforts. They recognized an opportunit­y to make a greater impact among people idly perusing their “snail mail” as they sheltered in place. Ironically, it was this increase in tried-andtrue direct marketing that has shown the most dramatic results, with 32 new listings and 26 properties sold in the past 60 days.
