Phyllis A. Sutphen

November 7, 1933 - March 11, 2021

SAN DIEGO —

Phyl passed away peacefully at home, with her husband John at her bedside, on March 11, 2021.

She is survived by her daughter Beverly Gushikuma, her son Douglas Mcclure, stepchildren Jody Reguero and Dreda Huberty, 3 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.

Phyl was raised on the Ohio Rived in Leavenworth, IN, and so proud of her heritage. She spent 43 years in San Diego, with an 8 year sojourn at the Villages, FL. She worked for 15 years in retail customer service.

Her interests included golf, travel, reading, and socializing. She was married for 27 years to the love of her life, John E.

She lives on in our hearts. Neptune services, with future interment at El Camino Cemetery. Memorial donations are suggested to Light Bridge Hospice, 6155 Cornerstone Ct. East, San Diego, CA 92121.
