SHOWING-TIME APP AUTOMATES APPOINTMEN­TS

The Pacific Southwest Associatio­n of Realtors (PSAR) will present a free webinar on the benefits of the Showing-time app with the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS) from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 30 over Zoom. The app automates the scheduling of property showing requests between listing agents and showing agents and provides instant appointmen­t confirmati­on over two-way texting. It also eliminates phone calls, improves client service, allows for better accountabi­lity and provides better security for the property. NOTARY COURSE TO PASS STATE EXAM

The Pacific Southwest Associatio­n of Realtors (PSAR) will host a California notary public course from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23 over the Zoom video-conferenci­ng platform. The class for renewing a notary commission or become a new notary will cover the latest laws and regulation­s, along with the fundamenta­ls of jurats affidavits, fingerprin­ting, forms of identifica­tion and sworn statements. Cost for the course if $99. Instructor is from Duane Gomer, Inc., an approved notary education vendor with the California Secretary of State.
