CITRO, TRI POINTE’S NEW COMMUNITY COMING TO FALLBROOK
Citro, in southeastern Fallbrook, is Tri Pointe Homes’ latest single- and multifamily home community. Designed to integrate with existing and surrounding communities, the new 390-acre Citro will feature six neighborhoods named Meyer, Pomelo, Zutano, Avo, Castello and Tangelo. Tri Pointe Homes plans to release the first models this summer. Citro’s Fallbrook location, north of state Route 76 and east of Interstate 15, gives the community a sweet, small-town vibe, with San Diego’s employment centers, Temecula’s wine country and other points of interest close at hand thanks to easy access to I-15 and Route 76. Homes are priced from the $400,000s and will range between 1,046 to 2,894 square feet with two to five bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and two garage spaces. The community’s numerous amenities will include working avocado and citrus groves, 235 acres of open space, 14 miles of trails, “The Spot” recreation center with pool, spa, children’s wading pool, barbecues and community lounge, an onsite farm stand, sensory garden and gathering spaces, public park and future school site. Whether homebuyers are interested in hiking, cycling, swimming, growing their own produce or purchasing it at the farm stand, Citro offers a world of rich opportunities for recreation and fun. As a leader in green building since 2001, all communities built by Tri Pointe Homes, including Citro, will include a signature Livingsmart package, which incorporates products and ecofriendly practices that reduce energy, preserve natural efficiency and enhance indoor and water quality. Homes feature Healthsmart, Energysmart, Earthsmart, Watersmart and Homesmart technology, so homeowners can stay comfortable, in control, connected and conserve energy throughout the home. These features include low- or NO-VOC (volatile organic compound) products, energy-efficient LED lighting, low-e glass windows, Watersense certified faucets and fixtures in bathrooms and remote-control access to home lighting and temperature, among others.
