Fox News viewers won’t miss Chris Wallace

Re “Fox News has lost its last reasonable voice” (Dec. 19): The writer of this letter to the editor about Chris Wallace going to the CNN network was unfortunate. He seems to forget that Fox News is the leading cable news outlet and is now 25 wonderful years young. His recommendation that Fox should “fall off the nearest cliff ” does not reek of objectivity or common sense.

Then he goes on to say that well-educated, politically aware people like myself should “stop paying attention, caring and voting.” Again, not advice that represents a well-balanced, well-thought-out opinion. I will not miss Wallace, but I wish him the best in his new endeavor. Richard Taylor Vista
