PSAR CLASS ON MLS BENEFITS

The Pacific Southwest Associatio­n of Realtors (PSAR) will present a free webinar for realtors on the user benefits of the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS) from 10 to 11 a.m., Thursday, July 7 over Zoom. The virtual training class will cover an overview of CRMLS systems and products, as well as tools offered by CRMLS that can bolster a realtor’s business. Attendees will learn how to access certain products and services and how to reap the advantages. CRMLS, the world’s largest real estate MLS, offers more than 20 state-of-the-art real estate products, many at no additional cost. Support is available seven days a week. PSAR OFFERS LICENSE RENEWAL COURSE

The Pacific Southwest Associatio­n of Realtors (PSAR) will host an online license renewal crash course for the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) sales license from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Friday, July 8, over Zoom. Cost is $85. The course is offered through Real Estate Video Educationa­l Institute, Inc. (Revei), an Orange Countybase­d real estate continuing education company that has been in business for 32 years.
