The new neighborhood is part of the larger Pacific Highlands Ranch community, which includes more than 1,300 acres of natural habitat and an array of amenities. Residents will enjoy the use of the community recreation center, resort-style pool, multiuse trail system, parks and the convenience of The Village, a 160,000-square-foot mixeduse retail and lifestyle center.
