RentSpree, a tenant screening sof t ware that benefits brokers, landlords and renter and proper t y management firms, from 1 to 2 p.m., Monday, Dec. 14, over the online Zoom meeting plat form. Class fee is free. Instructor will be Steven Pastores, customer success manager, RentSpree.

Based in Los Angeles, the sof tware company has developed an online rental process that promotes improved interactio­n bet ween renters, landlords and agents. It assists with rental applicatio­n packages and tenant screening repor ts that includes credit repor ters, background checks and eviction histor y.
