Long Beach State Men’s Volleyball
Adams is a senior from Murrieta Valley High School, where he was a three-year letter recipient. While in high school in 2016, he made First-Team AllSunbelt League. As a rookie for the Beach in 2018, Adams played in two matches. He helped the team defeat Saint Francis and Mount Olive. After sitting out in 2019, Adams saw action against Westcliff in 2020. The 6-foot-5 athlete racked up three kills on as many attempts, and also posted four blocks and a dig.
Morgan Jones UC Irvine Women’s Water Polo
Jones is a senior and graduate of Murrieta Valley High School who won the Junior Olympics as a member of the SoCal Water Polo Club in 2016. Through three seasons of action with the Anteaters, Jones has played in 57 games as a goaltender and tallied 396 saves. In 2019, Jones made the All-Big West First Team for her efforts. She has also been on the ACWPC and Big West AllAcademic
teams.
Chad Kanow Montana State Football
Kanow graduated from Great Oak High School, where he was a first team allleague selection and defensive player of the year and captain for his team as a senior. In 2019, Kanow played in 13 games for the Bobcats. A special teams ace, Kanow logged seven total tackles, including two each against Texas Tech, and Southern Utah. He was also on the depth chart as a linebacker that season.
Taylor Perales USD Men’s Soccer
Perales, a graduate of Murrieta Mesa High School, is a junior for the Toreros. In 2018, the 5-foot-8, 140-pound athlete played in 12 games, with four starts, and took four shots. In 2019, Perales played in seven games. Off the field, Perales majors in liberal studies. He chose USD for its ability to help students develop both athletically and academically, and he hopes to begin a career in cybersecurity engineering.
