Shea introduces ‘Pure Living’ to communities across the region
To create a home for a healthier way of life, Shea has introduced its Pure Living program to its new neighborhoods across San Diego County, from El Cajon and Chula Vista, to Mission Valley and Sorrento Valley and north to San Marcos and Valley Center.
Select Shea neighborhoods will offer the Pure Living option, allowing homeowners to pursue their well-being in their own homes.
“By enhancing the new home environment with this curated suite of health and wellness options, Shea is making life easier for our buyers,” said Vanessa Linn, vice president of Shea Homes San Diego.
Two packages, Pure and Pure+, are featured in the program. They include: Pure:
• Air filtration systems to help reduce particles such as pollen, dust and dander; bioaerosols and microorganisms such as viruses and mold; and vapors such as pet odors and cooking smells.
• Water purification in the kitchen to deliver cleaner, fresher water by reducing particles, chlorine and odors from the kitchen tap.
• Touchless kitchen faucet to minimize the spread of germs with a convenient, hands-free water flow activation.
Pure +:
• A HEPA air filtration system, which features hospital-grade technology, quiet operation and a sealed design to prevent particles from reentering the home.
• Whole home water purification system that extends throughout the house.
• Touchless kitchen faucet to minimize the spread of germs with a convenient, hands-free water flow activation.
