Shea building 12 communities across the San Diego region
One of the most innovative new master planned communities in San Diego County, 3Roots in Sorrento Mesa will include four new neighborhoods created by Shea Homes San Diego.
Shea’s neighborhoods in 3Roots, San Diego’s first climate action planned community designed to meet federal standards for renewable energy and carbon emission reductions, are:
• Asana at 3Roots, with three-bedroom townhomes ranging from 1,301 to 1,661 square feet.
• Atwood at 3Roots, with two-and fourbedroom townhomes ranging from 1,511 to 1,872 square feet.
• Palmer at 3Roots, with three- and fourbedroom single-family homes ranging from 1,792 to 2,313 square feet.
• Lotus at 3Roots, with three- to sixbedroom single-family homes ranging from 2,849to 3,124 square feet.
Elsewhere around San Diego County, Shea will introduce eight other new neighborhoods ranging from single-family homes in Valley Center; to contemporary townhomes at Civita in Mission Valley; to large homes on large lots in the Mount Helix area; and a mix of single-family homes and townhomes in Chula Vista.
