Orchard Knolls opens in San Marcos with 20 new homesites

-

Warmington Residential will begin sales at Orchard Knolls in San Marcos on Monday. Orchard Knolls is a collection of 20 new single-level and two-story homes that stand out in the marketplace for their size and semi-rural location near the Vista Canal.

Three plans range from 2,997 square feet to 3,628 square feet and are set on large homesites, some with RV/sport utility parking. Up to five bedrooms and 5½ bathrooms are offered.

The homes have contemporary ranchinspired architecture with traditional styling. They include luxury appointments such as premium appliances, a suite of smart home features and gold-standard technology.

Each of the 20 homesites at Orchard Knolls is unique in size and shape, and every home has a different set of specifications. These are not custom homes, but the experience of buying one requires some attention to detail as each is unique. Buyers can further personalize their home by selecting many interior design options and upgrades.

Prospective buyers can now prequalify and schedule dusty shoe tours of the homesites and models, which will open in June. The first sales phase will include six homes and an interest list is now forming for these and homes in future sales phases.

Warmington has roots in San Diego County, with homes built in some of the area’s most beautiful neighborhoods, including Scripps Ranch, Santaluz, Aviara and La Costa, and in the communities of Encinitas, Carlsbad and Oceanside.

Pricing for Orchard Knolls will begin in the low $1 million range.
