—Tony Bravo Mushroom satchel: Emeryville’s Bolt Threads, best known for a 2017 Stella McCartney dress made from plant-based spider silk, has launched a Kickstarter (https://kck.st/2NZucsL) to produce a driver bag made out of Mylo, a leather created from mycelium — basically, the root system of mushrooms. Chester Wallace of Portland, Ore., designed the tote, which has an appealing burnished, creased look. The cost is $400 for delivery in December 2019, $500 for August 2019.
