Realtor with East Bay expertise

Khrista Jarvis heads allfemale Compass team

-

Knowledgeable, driven and charitable only begin to describe Khrista Jarvis, the East Bay real estate native who has been working tirelessly for her clients for over 20 years.

She resides at Compass in Danville, where she oversees a sevenwoman team who handle a breathtaking range of business, from showing cozy downtown cottages to listing impressive hillside estates. She brings decades of expertise and insight into every transaction and enjoys an endless list of happy clients, which is no small feat in a market crowded with real estate peers.

Her fans are numerous. “Khrista Jarvis and her team were the best. We were well taken care of from beginning to end,” said Kathy Coll, who tasked Jarvis with selling her house on 969 Forest Lane in Alamo earlier this year. “Khrista was always available for our questions, very supportive and a great negotiator. We would use her again and would recommend her highly to others.”

Jarvis prides herself on being accessible, wellprepared and charitable in her community. The Danville native has always been involved with local schools and charities, most recently working with “Rooms of Hope”, an organization that provides dream room makeovers to children with lifethreatening illnesses. The mother of three says her background and local community roots help her connect with clients and get them the very best return on their investment.

“I am in a unique position to relate to my clients and provide them with deep local knowledge to help them make the right decision. Understanding the properties, features and amenities of different areas gives them options for their specific lifestyle.”

Khrista’s team averages 2½ home sales per week and over her career, Jarvis has a sales volume of more than $1.5 billion. That’s helped secure her a spot in the top 1% of Realtors in Northern California and nationwide. Her team has the top overall sales volume in the San Ramon Valley and Jarvis’ team was ranked in the top 100 by the Wall Street Journal’s REAL Trends in 2018.

The sevenmember Khrista Jarvis Team uses each member’s skill set to create an efficient and seamless experience. Whether buying or selling, this team constantly strives to exceed their clients’ expectations.

Jarvis’ real estate partner, Nicole Jung, began her career as a paralegal in a law firm that specialized in business and real estate law. The native of Seoul, South Korea brings immeasurable expertise from the legal sector to every transaction, along with warmth, enthusiasm and a high level of customer service that have become her trademarks, Jarvis said.

One of the reasons Jarvis loves focusing on her native East Bay is because the region is so conducive to family living.

“The East Bay is uniquely positioned as the perfect place to settle down, away from the hustle and bustle of life in the more industrious San Francisco and Silicon Valley regions,” she said. “With expansive lots, highend amenities and a community full of families, the region offers ample opportunity to plant longterm roots.”

Jarvis and her partner Nicole Jung operate by a simple philosophy: Work tirelessly for the client so they can count on them to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

“We’re committed to making sure the job gets done right. We’re ready to dive in headfirst to ensure every listing is presented at its very best,” Jarvis said. "For buyers we provide unmatched local knowledge and resources so they can find the perfect place to call home.”

Jarvis’ team takes a holistic approach to every transaction, making sure their clients’ questions are answered as they’re guided through a transaction.

“My clients know that when they work with us, they can expect a serviceoriented team that is ready to go above and beyond on their behalf,” Jarvis said. “We have a powerful team of women who specialize in every part of the transaction, from staging and home preparation to market strategy and pricing.”

The Khrista Jarvis team is aligned with the Network Group, a collaboration of topproducing Compass agents from around the Bay Area to further expand market reach for buyers and sellers.
