Drag queen, chef and mother; organizer of an annual Pride party

With everything happening in our country, I’m fed up and I’m angry and I want to support everyone that I love and care about. I’m going to pull together people to help protest and do a march and rally. I sent out (a Save the Date) to my contact list, and 99% of the people responded, “Yes, Mom. I’m on it.” And then I had a couple of people who said “You’re having a party!” And that concerns me. It’s not even fine print, it’s bold! Argh! People ask me what do you miss about not being out at the bars? And I go, yelling at people and going f— nuts.
