Thank you, Pedal Revolution, for giving skills and empowerment to community members who needed it the most. For 25 years, until its closure on June 1 as announced on the store’s website, Pedal Revolution accomplished the dual community goals of fixing and selling bikes for the growing carbonfree community and employing hundreds of youth and young adults with quarterly internships that supplied training and confidence. Supported by New Door Ventures, Pedal Rev also had an alltime cool entrance: a Mission District mural of a giant spoke surrounded by

foliage and other life.
