Passed away December 7, 2020, at 99 ½ years young. Beloved wife of the late James J. Connors; loving mother of James M. Connors ( Nancy), and Nancy D’Agosta
( the late Richard); loving grandmother of Jaime Connors- Watson ( Matt), Crista Scott ( Dave), and Lisa Abad ( Anthony) and great- grandmother of Chris and Nick Watson, Helen Scott, and Noah and Avery Abad; dear daughter of the late Bernard Gallagher and Margaret O’Brien; dear sister of Bernard Gallagher, Sister M. Annette Gallagher, SHF, Margaret O’Donnell, Helen Gallagher, and Edna Gallagher; dear aunt and great- aunt to many nieces and nephews of the Gallagher and O’Donnell families.
Life- long resident of San Francisco; proud graduate of St. Paul’s High School class of 1939; member of St. Cecilia Parish for 67 years; last surviving spouse of members of Sacred Heart High School Mandarin Club Class of 1938; member of Sisters of the Holy Family Auxiliary.
Close friend of the Mullane, Caulfield, Ward, Barry, and Miller families. Anne was known to her family as Mom, Gramma, GrannyAnnie and Gramama; she was the baby of the Gallagher family; famous baker of her Irish soda bread and mocha cake; known to her Grand- daughters as the best back scratcher; enjoyed traveling, especially her trip to her family roots in Ireland; delighted in her annual family vacations to Graeagle, Ca. for over 60 years. She was known to enjoy an occasional martini and tap dancing. Loving mother and grandmother.
