Born in the City of St. Francis on September 24, 1954, fourth generation San Franciscan. Dennis always felt blessed to be born of Irish heritage in this beautiful City. Loving and devoted husband of 39 years to Denise, who was always by his side until he took his last breath. Denise and Dennis met when they were 10 years old. And when they went on their first date 15 years later, she showed him her diary that he had tried to kiss her back then. It was a beautiful romance. The youngest of four children of Thomas & Inez ( Maloney) Mulvihill. Brother to the late Susan Mulvihill, Thomas Mulvihill, Jr., and Kathy Silvoy. Uncle to Timothy, Adria, Sandra, Meagan & Eric. He attended Star of the Sea grammar school, Our Lady of Mercy grammar school and Saint Ignatius College Prep. He earned a bachelor degree in Business from San Diego State University. Dennis played four years of rugby for the Aztecs. Nobody loved a party and singing a song as much as Den. In his spirited youth he was on stage with Elvis Presly, Linda Ronstadt, Boz Skaggs, Don Ho and back stage on numerous occasions with Tony Bennett. Partner & bartender of the legendary Glen Park Station Bar in San Francisco for many years. Private Investigator and partner in Price & Mulvihill Investigations. Blackbelt in Okinawan Shoin Ryu karate. Classically trained tenor and candidate for Supervisor in San Francisco.

He cherished his life long friendships.

Dennis always had a song and love in his heart.
