USC routs UCLA to colead Pac12

Ethan Anderson had career highs of five 3pointers and 19 points, and host USC routed No. 21 UCLA 6648 on Saturday night to tie the Bruins atop the Pac12.

Tahj Eaddy added 16 points for the Trojans (153, 92), who have won four in a row and 10 of 11. Johnny Juzang led the Bruins (134, 92) with 13 points and 13 rebounds.

Colorado 82, Arizona 79:

Evan Battey made four free throws in the final 15 seconds and finished with 21 points for the host Buffaloes (14-5, 8-4 Pac-12). Christian Koloko’s dunk for the Wildcats (13-6, 7-6) tied the game at 78-all, then Arizona began fouling with 15.3 seconds to go.

Oregon State 68, Washington State 66: Ethan Thompson scored all 12 of his points in the final 8:37 to help the host Beavers (10-7, 6-5 Pac-12) edge the Cougars (11-8, 4-8).

Oregon 86, Washington 74:

Eugene Omoruyi scored 25 points and the host Ducks (10-4, 5-3 Pac-12) used 12 3-pointers and dominant rebounding to beat the Huskies (3-14, 2-10) despite missing their leading scorer. Chris Duarte (17.8 points per game) sat out after injuring his right ankle in a loss to Washington State on Thursday. Quade Green scored 21 of 23 points in the second half for Washington.

#5 Houston 112, Our Lady of the Lady 46: Cameron Tyson made a school-record 10 3-pointers on his way to a career-high 32 points to lead the host Cougars (16-2) over the NAIA’s Saints (1-4).

#24 Oklahoma State 75, #6 Texas 67: Cade Cunningham scored five of his 19 points in the second overtime, including a contested 3-pointer with 1:33 left, to help the host Cowboys (12-5, 5-5 Big 12) beat the Longhorns (11-5, 5-4), who shot 35% from the floor. Kalib Boone led OSU with 22 points, 15 rebounds and five blocks, including two in the second overtime.

#9 Oklahoma 79, Iowa State 72: Elijah Harkless scored a season-high 19 points for the host Sooners (12-5, 7-4 Big 12).

#18 Missouri 68, #10 Alabama 65: Dru Smith had 16 points and eight rebounds and the host Tigers (13-3, 6-3 SEC) beat the Crimson Tide (15-5, 10-1). The Tigers were up by 20 with less than six minutes remaining, but their only points after that came on four free throws.

Pepperdine 91, Portland 70: Colbey Ross had 24 points with 12 assists as the visiting Waves (8-8, 4-3 WCC) sent the Pilots (6-12, 0-9) to their 10th straight game. Portland fired head coach Terry Porter, the former Trail Blazer, on Friday. The Pilots were 43-102 in his 4½ seasons with the school.
