With deep sadness the Bruciati Family has lost their beloved Son, Brother and Uncle. Michael joined the Angels on February 5, 2021. He was always a positive and determined person. Michael was born on November 1, 1970, he was 50 years old. Since his birth he has had many challenges. Down’s Syndrome and in his teens Diabetes and later Celiac Disease and the last challenge was Alzheimer’s Disease. He conquered all his challenges and even gave Alzheimer’s a good run but could not overcome that one.

His is survived by his parents Ron and Jeanette, his brother John, sister in law Dominga, Nephew Dominic and Nieces Italia and Giovanna Bruciati. His uncles Joseph Sanchez and Tony Sanchez, his Aunt Fran and Uncle Jim and Aunt Corki and many Cousins. Michael was born in San Francisco and his Parents choose to move to Marin County for the quality schools for special needs. Growing up with friends and family and neighbors was always fun. After completing all the special ed programs and entering Adulthood Michael applied for a job with Mollie Stone’s Markets in Sausalito. Donna Lemmon founder of Integrated Community Services took Michael on his job interview. Mike Stone had faith in Michael and Michael was determined to succeed in his career as a Courtesy Clerk. And he did for 25 years. Michael lived in his own apartment with the support from Casa Allegra Community Services for 22 years. He enjoyed life and traveled with his parents

Ron and Jeanette for many years. He was well known for his smile and love of everyone and his dancing. Carlos Lopez a long-time employee of Casa Allegra Community Services has provided help for Michael in many areas of his life for the past 21 years. Carlos has always been a great support for Michael and encouraged him to be independent. Thank you, Carlos. Thank you for all the love you gave to Michael. A new employee of CASA, Maria Flores Luna, has been supporting Michael with love and devotion.

Thank you, Maria. Thank you, Casa Allegra Community Services, thank you one and all and thank you, Hospice, By the Bay. Michael received care and love from Hospice. Michael brought with him wherever he went love and a good sense of humor. As Michael has always called it, “a Sense of Human. Farewell all.
