Bouyea’s 30 helps USF to 9-0

Jamaree Bouyea scored 30 points and Yauhen Massalski had 18 points and 16 rebounds as USF routed UNLV 83-62 on the Hilltop to move to 9-0 on the season.

Bryce Hamilton led the Runnin’ Rebels (4-5) with 25 points.

Colorado State 74, St. Mary’s 58: David Roddy had 19 points and seven rebounds as the host Rams (9-0) stayed unbeaten. The Gaels (8-2), who trailed by 11 at halftime and fell behind by 21 in the second half, got 10 points apiece from Augustas Marciulion­is and Matthias Tass.

Louisiana Tech 78, Santa Clara 75: Kenneth Lofton had 31 points and 14 rebounds to lead the Bulldogs (6-2) past the host Broncos (6-3). Jalen Williams scored 28 points for Santa Clara, which did not lead in the second half.

#16 Alabama 91, #3 Gonzaga 82: In Seattle, Jaden Shackelfor­d scored 20 of his 28 points in the first half, Jahvon Quinerly and JD Davison both hit key 3-pointers, and the Crimson Tide (7-1) held off the Bulldogs (7-2). Drew Timme led Gonzaga with 23 points.

#4 Baylor 99, Arkansas-Pine Bluff 54: LJ Cryer scored 20 points to lead five Bears in double figures as host Baylor (8-0) beat the Golden Griffins (1-9).

#6 Villanova 81, Saint Joseph’s 52: Collin Gillespie scored 23 points to lead the host Wildcats (6-2) past the Hawks (4-4).

#10 Arkansas 93, Arkansas-Little Rock 78: Au’Diese Toney and JD Notae each scored 18 points and the host Razorbacks (8-0) defeated the Golden Lions (4-5).

#12 BYU 74, Missouri State 68: Alex Barcello scored 21 points to lead the visiting Cougars (7-1) past the Bears (4-4).

#13 Tennessee 69, Colorado 54: Kennedy Chandler scored 28 points as the Volunteers (6-1) beat the host Buffaloes (6-3).

#17 UConn 88, Grambling State 59: R.J. Cole scored 18 points and the host Huskies, (8-1), playing without two starters, beat the Tigers (3-6).

Mississipp­i 67, #18 Memphis 63: Jarkel Joyner scored 20 points as the host Rebels (6-2) sent the Tigers (5-3) to their third straight loss.

#19 Iowa State 64, Creighton 58: Caleb Grill scored a season-high 16 points to help the Cyclones (8-0) stay undefeated by beating the Bluejays (7-2).

#20 USC 63, Washington State 61: Chevez Goodwin scored 14 points, including three on a layup and a free throw with 16 seconds left, as the visiting Trojans (8-0, 2-0 Pac-12) defeated the Cougars (6-2, 1-1).

#21 Auburn 86, Yale 64: K.D. Johnson scored 19 points and Jabari Smith added 17 for the host Tigers (7-1).

#22 Michigan State 81, Toledo 68: Max Christie scored 14 points, Gabe Brown added 12 and the host Spartans (7-2) built a big lead early and cruised past the Rockets (6-2).

#23 Wisconsin 89, Marquette 76: Johnny Davis scored 25 points to lead four Wisconsin players in double figures as the host Badgers (7-1) downed the Golden Eagles (7-2).

#24 Michigan 72, San Diego State 58: Hunter Dickinson had 23 points and 14 rebounds and the host Wolverines (5-3) stopped the Aztecs (5-3), who got 22 points from former Cal guard Matt Bradley.

#25 Seton Hall 113, Nyack 67: Tyrese Samuel had 22 points and 12 rebounds, Jamir Harris scored 23 points and Tray Jackson added 21 as the host Pirates (7-1) romped past the Division II Warriors (2-5).
