District 3 money

Both appointed incumbent Julie Christensen and former Supervisor Aaron Peskin are drawing much of their campaign cash from within District 3 — an area that includes North Beach, Chinatown, Fisherman’s Wharf, Telegraph Hill and Union Square — but people from all over the city are writing checks. The maps show every city ZIP code with contributions of more than $1,000 to the campaigns.
