Event lineup features big names, indie acts
Paul Weller, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Boz Scaggs, Fantastic Negrito and Neko Case are among the artists scheduled to perform at the 15th annual Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival, the free annual concert that is expected to draw some 750,000 music fans to Golden Gate Park from Friday, Oct. 2, through Sunday, Oct. 4.
