Melba L. Sweeny

Melba L. Sweeny of Millbrae died on September 24, 2015. She was 85. Melba is survived by her loving husband, Walter Sweeny whom she married September 10, 1960. She is also survived by their sons, Walter J. Sweeny (his wife, Pamela) and Mark M. Sweeny (his spouse, Joseph Y. Wong); adoring grandmother of: Amber N. Sweeny, Ashley L. Sweeny, Patricia D. Sweeny, Jeremy A. Sweeny-Wong and Thomas M. SweenyWong.

She was born in San Francisco and had lived on the Peninsula for 75 years.

Family and friends are invited to attend the 6:30 PM Vigil service, Tuesday, September 29, 2015 immediately followed by the Funeral Mass at 7:00 PM at St. Dunstan Catholic Church, 1133 Broadway in Millbrae. Private committal, Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Colma. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance www. dbsalliance.org., would be appreciated.
