Patricia Ann Ryan, 84, passed away on Feb 23 in Cameron Park, CA. She was born on Sept 2, 1932 in St Louis, MO to Thomas and Celestine Keane.

Patricia’s early years were split between St Louis and Southern CA. She graduated from Ventura High School in 1949. After her marriage to Ed Ryan in 1958 in LA, they relocated to Northern CA. They were happily married for 44 years.

Patricia was involved in many different organizati­ons: Church of the Nativity (Menlo Park) from 19581964, Women’s Guild, den mother for the Cub Scouts, St Charles Church (San Carlos) from 1964-2011, Parish Council, Italian Catholic Federation (member and Scholarshi­p chairman), The Carlosians, The Suburbans, and volunteer at Sequoia Hospital. Patricia was the queen of the Ventura float in the 1950 Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena.

Patricia loved to sing, and was active in Sweet Adelines and Peninsula Children’s Theater Associatio­n.

Patricia is survived by her brother Thomas, son Michael, daughter Kelley and their spouses; along with 4 grandchild­ren and 3 great-grandsons.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents Tom and Celeste; her spouse Ed; and her son, Gregory.

A funeral Mass will be held at St Charles Catholic Church, 880 Tamarack Ave, San Carlos at 10am March 9th, with a reception afterwards.
