Opening-night film:

“Landline,” a story about family dysfunctio­n. Starring Jenny Slate, John Turturro, Edie Falco and Jay Duplass. 7 p.m. April 5, Castro. Followed by the opening night party, 9 p.m. at the Regency Center, 1300 Van Ness Ave., San Francisco.

Centerpiec­e film:

“Patti Cake$,” a young woman uses her lyrics to escape her working-class life in New Jersey. 7:30 p.m. April 12, Castro.

Closing-night film:

“The Green Fog — A San Francisco Fantasia,” a visual collage that reimagines Alfred Hitchcock’s “Vertigo.” Accompanie­d by the Kronos Quartet. 7 p.m. April 16, Castro.
