The race is on, or back on: Season 29 of “The Amazing Race” hits the road at 10 p.m on CBS.

“Impossible Engineering” kicks off its third season on the Science Channel at 9 p.m. It’s the end of the line for Andy Daly’s Comedy Central

show, “Review With Forrest MacNeil” at 10 p.m. Three solid seasons doesn’t feel like it was enough, but maybe there will be a reunion show some day.

FRIDAY
