-

Passed away peacefully in San Francisco on April 26, 2017 at the age of 97.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Harry W. Chow and her brother Kee Lin Wong of Hong Kong. She was the loving mother of five children. She resided in Cupertino, and San Francisco, CA.

Mrs. Chow and her late husband operated a Wholesale Chrysanthemum growing and shipping business in the Bay Area for many years.

Our Mom was a loving, kind and tender wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was always compassionate, supporting our interests and aspirations. She had a generous and kind spirit-always willing to guide and help.

A favorite activity was hosting family gatherings, always preparing the best Chinese cuisine for her family! Her love was unqualified and unconditional.

She is survived by her five children: Emory (Janice) Chow of Castro Valley, Carol (Marvin) Sakamoto of San Jose, Emily (Manny) Mahon of San Jose, Helen (Gerald) Chan of San Francisco, and Eugene (Nancy) Chow of Lodi, CA.

Six Grandchildren, Andrea (Chris) Horiuchi, Erik Chow, Shannon (Joey) Sakaue, Ryan Sakamoto, Bryan (Christiane) Mahon and Amanda Chow.

Great-grandaughters, Monroe and Mila Mahon; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to extend their sincere appreciation to The Avenue (Senior Living) and Dr. Justin Fong in San Francisco for the excellent care for the past 6 years.

A Visitation will be held on Friday, May 5th at 5:00 PM Funeral Services on Saturday, May 6th at 12:00 PM
