Congestion mode

Driving home from the post office on College Avenue in Berkeley, on a very crowded Saturday afternoon, traffic suddenly stopped and slowed to a crawl. Hundreds of un-helmeted bike riders of all ages were coming toward the traffic doing tricks on one wheel, laughing as they were scaring drivers. A few police cars turned up and one officer told me (NFL star) Marshawn Lynch had called for a bike ride through Oakland. Who the hell does he think he is to take over city streets and frighten drivers? I am still shaking from the experience.
