Ex-Jet, Bronco Decker a Titan

The Tennessee Titans and wide receiver Eric Decker have agreed to terms on a one-year deal.

The 6-foot-3, 214pounder was released this month by the New York Jets after three seasons with the team.

Decker, who spent his first four seasons with Denver, has three 1,000yard seasons in his sevenyear NFL career.

Hip and shoulder injuries limited Decker to three games last season, but he ranks second in the NFL since 2012 with 33 touchdowns in the red zone.

Former Jets outside linebacker Larry Grantham, a starter on the 1969 Super Bowl team, died in Baton Rouge, La. He was 78. Grantham, an original member of the Titansthen-Jets, was a five-time AFL All-Star during his 13 years with the team. Boxing death: Tim Hague, 33, the former UFC fighter known as “The Thrashing Machine,” died Sunday, two days after he was critically injured when he was knocked out in a boxing match against former Edmonton Eskimos defensive end Adam Braidwood in Edmonton, Alberta. Hague was 21-13 as an MMA fighter before switching to boxing last summer. Cricket: Pakistan scored a huge upset over defending champion India to win its first Internatio­nal Cricket Council Champions Trophy in London.
