Tahoe’s newest natural wonder – a vibrant mountain and lake community where every step is taken with principle and purpose.

Clear Creek Tahoe is a private residential community located on the eastern slope of the Carson Range, just east of Lake Tahoe, about 20 minutes from both Incline Village and Heavenly Ski Resort in South Lake Tahoe. The 1,576-acre property is surrounded by 6 million acres of the largest national forest in the lower 48 states. A collection of inspiring and diverse amenities are under construction, including the main clubhouse campus with spa and fitness facilities. Nearby is a second family campus with pool, tennis and sport courts. Overnight cottages are already in place. Homesite sales for properties that range to more than five acres have been brisk since the January 2017 release. Members are already enjoying the acclaimed Coore & Crenshaw golf course and a historic Julia Morgan-designed lake house on the shore of Lake Tahoe.

Golf Is Just the Beginning

The Club’s acclaimed Coore & Crenshaw course is highly acclaimed nationally. Weaving effortlessly through the Jeffery, sugar and ponderosa pines, the Clear Creek course is Coore & Crenshaw’s only true mountain course, and it is a singular work of art. Bandon Trails. Streamsong. Sand Hills. Friar’s Head. Colorado Golf Club. Cabot Cliffs. Old Sandwich. These are the landmark works of historians. Traditionalists. Purists. Golf memberships debuted in 2016, with nearly 100 members choosing to call Clear Creek their own.

Twin Pines

The Club’s lake and ski house, Twin Pines, is the loving work of famed California architect Julia Morgan, designer of Hearst Castle and the first female architect licensed in California. Set on the shores of Lake Tahoe, the home is a wonder of simplicity and craftsmanship. The knotty pine walls, doors and floors have been carefully restored to bring out their patina, thus accentuating the handcrafted, wrought iron hardware throughout the home. Twin Pines remains as Morgan intended — a vibrant home to families savoring long, languid, carefree summer days and warm après-ski gatherings around the fire. In her honor, we’re preserving this jewel beside the lake. The beach at Twin Pines is set alongside one of the longest and most private stretches of sand in all of Tahoe. Don’t forget the countless wonders that come with summers at Twin Pines. Drop in for a sunrise ski, kayak the rocky coves along the eastern shore, and perhaps best of all, spread out a blanket for fireworks on the 4th. In winter, Twin Pines becomes a cozy base camp for snowy adventures. Owners will conveniently keep skis and boards here and step into warm boots for outings at Heavenly. Staff then shuttle members the four short blocks to and from the gondola. At the end of the day, return to Twin Pines and enjoy a crackling fire, a warm drink and the company of your friends and fellow members. Clear Creek is designed for those looking for the active lifestyle, for people who organize their days around tee times, when the lifts open, when the fish are biting or when the lake is smoothest for skiing. Days at Clear Creek offer the entire family endless diversions. In addition to the lake adventures at Twin Pines, the property at Clear Creek itself offers some of the region’s best hiking and biking on trails that meander through meadows and mountains. Construction began earlier this year on additional amenities, including an integrated wellness and spa, a multipurpose movement area and a year-round outdoor saline lap pool and hot tub. Also in construction is a family campus with pools for sunning and swimming, as well as tennis, sport and bocce courts.
