Condo at The Harrison has dramatic bay views, high-end finishes and unique amenities.

Standing 49 stories tall, The Harrison and its 298 units are easy to spot from the Bay Bridge. One particular unit on the 27th floor is available for sale, and it features panoramic views through floor-toceiling windows and high-end finishes at every turn. Diagonal-planked oak flooring lends visual texture to a unit outfit with Studio Becker cabinetry and Carrara marble bathrooms with Waterworks fixtures.

“The highest level of detail and the finest finishes are installed in the Harrison’s units,” said Lynn Brown of Compass Realty, who is listing 27D for $2.39 million.

A Bertazzoni range anchors the kitchen as Italian marble lines the counters and honed porcelain spans the floor. These finishes culminate to make a distinctive kitchen that’s bound to impress dinner guests. Unlacquered brass hardware and Waterworks fixtures pair with a Kohler sink as a Bosch dishwasher assists with cleanup.

The master suite enjoys a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, as well as a deep soaking tub for relaxing after a long day. Custom MechoShade window treatments grace the full-size windows and the unit comes pre-wired for ethernet and cable television and every floor features cellular signal boosters.

The Harrison’s amenities

pamper residents. Twentyfour hour valet service awaits, as does a concierge service capable of scoring event tickets, planning dinner reservations and coordinating travel plans.

Designer Ken Fulk arranged the Harrison’s interior, and his flamboyant details are found throughout the public spaces.

The building greets guests with a double-height grand salon with oak millwork and a curated library.

Head up to the 49th floor and unwind at Uncle Harry’s lounge, a stimulating space with 100 linear feet of windows overlooking the Bay Bridge and the water. Residents may also reserve the 3,500-square-foot penthouse for entertaining and celebrating.

The Harrison’s 2,500square-foot fitness center includes steam rooms and complements an outdoor heated pool and Jacuzzi. Joggers should appreciate the proximity to the Embarcadero Path, which is just steps from the building on Harrison Street.
