Belmont Village Senior Living at 1100 San Pablo Avenue in Albany is now open. A Grand Opening celebratio­n of the East Bay’s newest Senior Living community will take place Saturday and Sunday, August 5-6, with open houses each day from noon to 4:00 pm.
