Timothy Goe, age 63, passed away in Santa Rosa on August 14, 2017. He was born in San Francisco in 1953, the son of Bernard and Kathleen Goe. He is survived by his loving wife, Lisa Goe; daughter Dana Goe; brothers, Brian and Kevin Goe; nieces, Shioban, Deirdre, Mary Ellen, and Nicole; nephews Kevin, and Justin; and many other relatives and friends.

Tim graduated from Sacred Heart High School in San Francisco and Heald Tech College. He retired from the County of Sonoma Elections Department. For many years he drove for Catholic Charities. He participat­ed in basketball coaching.

Tim loved the outdoors, and was an avid hunter. A lover of sports, he was a major SF Giants and Golden State Warriors fan. He loved politics and political debate. Tim deeply loved his family and his wife’s Italian dinners. He loved everything about his dear daughter, Dana. He enjoyed traveling. He was a man who would help anyone in need. He had a terrific sense of humor, and brought such laughter to many; he touched so many lives. He was a man of great faith. Words cannot express how much he is loved and how much he will be missed.

A visitation viewing will be held from 9:00 to 10:00 am at Daniels Chapel of the Roses, 1225 Sonoma Ave. on Monday, August 21, 2017 followed by a mass at 10:30 am at St. Rose Catholic Church, 398 10th St., Santa Rosa. Burial will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Arthritis foundation, or the charity of your choice.
