Boyle, 32, is to begin treatment as soon as further tests come back.

Ex-NFL players being cheated?
Lawyers for former NFL players eligible for payments under the league’s $1 billion concussion settlement said they’ve found evidence that unscrupulous third-party providers are trying to take advantage of players with significant brain damage.
Christopher Seeger, a lawyer who represented the class of more than 20,000 former NFL players, and co-counsel TerriAnne Benedetto told a federal judge in Philadelphia that some players entered contracts with exorbitantly high interest rates for advances on their eventual claims, and others agreed to high fees.
They have been investigating groups like claims-service providers and lenders at the request of U.S. District Judge Anita Brody. The hearing was to present their findings, and they asked the judge to extend her order so they could continue investigating, to see whether additional action should be taken, such as a criminal investigation.
Former pro tennis player James Blake testified at a police-department disciplinary trial that the plainclothes New York officer who approached and arrested Blake in 2015 outside his hotel did not identify himself before throwing Blake to the ground and handcuffing him. When police realized their mistake, Blake said, they released him without an apology from the officer.
“It shouldn’t happen to me. It shouldn’t happen to anyone,” Blake testified. “There needs to be accountability for everybody.”
Officer James Frascatore this year rejected a deal asking him to forfeit vacation days to resolve New York Police Department internal charges that he used excessive force. The NYPD administrative judge who’s hearing the case will recommend a potentially more severe punishment, including dismissal from the force, to the police commissioner. Basketball: Dallas Wings guard Allisha Gray, who averaged 13 points and 3.9 rebounds per game this season, was chosen the WNBA’s Rookie of the Year. She received 30 votes from a national media panel; Atlanta Dream guard Brittney Sykes got 10.
“It’s a big honor,” Gray said. “I’m glad my hard work didn’t go unnoticed, and I’m blessed to receive this award.”
NBA forward Dante Cunningham, who averaged 6.6 points per game last season, agreed to a one-year, $2.3 million contract to remain with the New Orleans Hornets.
