Carolyn A. Roberts passed away peacefully at the age of 87, surrounded by her loving family, following a brief illness. Beloved sister of Beata Morena, the late Buster Roberts, and the late Cliff Roberts & Joan Roberts. Adored Aunty Lynn to Jeff & Elena Morena, Jay Morena & Amy Yee, Ed Wadsworth, Robert Roberts & Tim Brey, and the late Susan Maddalena & Frank.

Great Aunty Lynn to Emily & Steve Orloff, Jason & Jennifer Martin, Jared & Darlene Martin, Christophe­r, Kevin, Kaitlyn, Joshua, and Lindsey Maddalena.

Great Great Aunty to the highlights of her life, Lucas, Hudson, and Ava Orloff, Chase and Mikaela Martin and Melody Maddalena. Loving 25 year companion to the late Joe Capizano.

Carolyn was a 1948 graduate of Commerce High School in San Francisco. She was employed by the Internal Revenue Service for 36 years, and a member of NARFE. Carolyn was a proud member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, through the service of her father, the late Clifford Roberts WWI and her late mother, Beata L. Roberts, an active advocate of veterans affairs.

Carolyn was a life-long resident of San Francisco until illness led her to live with her sister, Bea in South San Francisco for the past 8 years. She was an avid and enthusiast­ic fan of the San Francisco Giants. She was also a generous supporter of several charities that were dear to her heart, and had an unwavering trust in Jesus.

Friends and family are invited to visit on Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 12:00 pm- 1:00 pm, at Garden Chapel, 885 El Camino Real, SSF, where a funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm. Interment to follow at Olivet Memorial Park, 1601 Hillside Blvd., Colma.
