- — Matt Kawahara

When: 5:30 p.m. TV/Radio: !38 / 95.7, 98.5, 102.9 Spotlight on: Raiders right guard. Either a hobbled Gabe Jackson (questionable, ankle) or his backup Jon Feliciano figures to have his hands full with Dolphins bull-rusher Ndamukong Suh. Suh is a big reason Miami’s run defense has jumped from 30th to eighth this year. Derek Carr, incidentally, has a 37.8 passer rating when pressured this season with no touchdowns and three interceptions. Injury notes: Raiders — CB David Amerson (foot), CB Gareon Conley (shin), CB Demetrius McCray (knee) are out. Jackson (ankle), LB Cory James (knee), S Karl Joseph (groin), LB Marquel Lee (ankle), LB Nicholas Morrow (ankle) and FB Jamize Olawale (hamstring) are questionable. Dolphins — DE Andre Branch (groin), G Jermon Bushrod (hand), QB Jay Cutler (ribs), DE William Hayes (hamstring) and WR DeVante Parker (ankle) are questionable.

THE BIG 3

The Raiders rank 28th in turnover margin and gave the ball away four times last Sunday. They don’t have an interception through eight games. Miami’s Jay Cutler has led the league in interceptions twice in his career, though this season he has thrown just five in 180 attempts.

Amari Cooper, who grew up in Miami, said it has “always been a dream” of his to play in an NFL game in his hometown.

Miami’s league-worst offense ranks 31st in converting third-down chances (29.5 percent). The Raiders’ defense ranks 28th in getting off the field on third down (46.1 percent conversion rate).
