Israel and Iran are bitter adversaries, and Iranian athletes traditionally refrain from competing against Israelis. Arrest: Ex-NBA guard Ben Gordon has been arrested on suspicion of robbery in Los Angeles for allegedly punching and pulling a knife on an apartment manager.
