Rodolfo Martell Born to Victor and Virginia Martell in Nogales, Az. 4/27/1928, the second of 5 children. Rodolfo is pre deceased by his siblings: Robert Martell, Helen Boardman, Mary Gonzales, and John Martell. During the outbreak of WW2, Rodolfo saw troops training for combat. Upon turning 17 and with permission from his father, Rodolfo joined the Army. Rodolfo was sent to Germany as part of the occupation forces. It was in Bremen where he met his future wife, Marga Martens. They married in Atascadero,Ca. on Oct. 28,1948. Soon 4 children were born from this union, 1949 Victoria Wilson (Duane), 1950 Rudy (DeVon), 1951 Christine (deceased), 1953 Linda Garcia (Charlie, both deceased) Rodolfo and Marga would travel to many parts of the U.S. with their 4 children. Upon retiring as a floor technician, Rodolfo and Marga travel to Canada, Europe, Russia, Mexico, Central and South America. Rodolfo and Marga were married for 67 years at the time of her death in November, 2015. Rodolfo never recovered from his loss and his health slowly declined. Rodolfo died peacefully in his sleep on March 7, 2018. Besides his 2 children, he leaves behind 7 grandsons, 11 great grandchild­ren, and many friends. The family wishes to thank the following for all their help and support, Peninsula Del Rey of Daly City, Atria of Novato, Adobe House of Petaluma, and Hospice by the Bay for all their caring help.

Visitation will be from 10:00 to 12:00 on Friday, 3/16/2018 at Duggan’s Serra Mortuary, 500 Westlake Ave. Daly City. Interment will follow at Olivet Memorial Park, 1601 Hillside Blvd. Colma.
