There was a grand entrance on a yacht, a dance battle for the affection of Stephen Curry’s grandma, and, of course, an appearance by #ChinaKlay, who took a tumble on the dance floor and played it off like nothing happened.

The Warriors went big for Curry’s 30th birthday party on Monday night, feting the star at a surprise party planned by his wife, Ayesha. The Currys made quite the entrance, rolling up in a yacht to the San Francisco waterfront.

Video from the party shows that friends, family and the Warriors team and coaches, including Steve Kerr, were in attendance.

Klay Thompson had himself a ball — his coaches’ hearts no doubt skipped a beat when Thompson lunged while dancing on the main stage and fell to the ground. Luckily for everyone involved, he popped back up immediately.

Among the other exciting happenings at Curry’s party:

Oakland rapper E-40 performed while Curry — who officially turns 30 on Wednesday — sat on the front of the stage, happily eating a plate of ribs.

The Curry girls, Riley and Ryan, joined Dad for a dance, charming the crowd with their adorable rendition of the chacha slide.

Paramore singer Hayley Williams made a special appearance to sing happy birthday.

Curry’s grandmother danced to Luther Vandross with Draymond Green and Kevin Durant. Green also serenaded her — Luther Vandross is his favorite singer.

The Warriors did their best Temptations impersonation as Curry sang along to “Just My Imagination” while backed by his teammates.

Kerr and assistant coach Mike Brown were brought on stage for a song, but left before Klay went full #ChinaKlay and fell down.
