After graduating from San Ramon Valley High School (varsity tennis, cheer squad, modeling) and San Jose State University (Alpha Phi), Susan had an accomplished career as an executive recruiter working for Cisco, Yahoo, Electronic Arts, Sonos, Nook and Open Table.

Susan was passionate about helping the homeless, often delivering blankets and a kind word to those in need. She also volunteered at the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund Alliance and the Surfrider Foundation.

Pre-deceased by her dearly beloved father Reid, Jr., Susan is survived by her mother Patricia; siblings Reid III (Phyllis), Kate (Kit), and John; nieces and nephews Reid IV, Allison, Rebecca, Jennifer, Sarah, Joshua and Christina; her darling cat Simon; and many close friends.

She was a kind, funny, and sensitive spirit who was deeply admired and loved, and will never be forgotten.
