Patricia Anne O’Hara

Patricia Anne O’Hara, aged 70, passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2018. She was born on March 7, 1947 in San Francisco, the third child of the late Daniel J.and Anne (Montgomery) O’Hara, She was a 1966 graduate of the Convent of the Sacred Heart and attended the University of Portland and the University of San Francisco before beginning her career as a legal administrative assistant at Pillsbury, Madison and Sutro in San Francisco. Patricia also worked in New York for several years before returning to San Francisco to join the family business.

Patricia loved being with family and was a devoted auntie to her many nieces and nephews, and she enjoyed her hobbies of reading, listening to music, playing cards and completing puzzles. She was a 49er Faithfull.

Patricia is survived by many loving family members: She is the loving sister of Susan O’Hara-Jones, Jane L. O’Hara Gamp, her husband Gregory, Daniel J. O’Hara III, his wife Rita, Richard O’Hara, his wife Annie. loving sister-in-law of Zuretti Goosby, his wife Brenda. She is the loving niece of Sr Alice Montgomery RSM and the beloved aunt of Adrien, Eireann, Antonie, Gregory, Patrick, Laural, Brian, Kevin, Olga, Jenckyn, Dara, Daniel IV, William, Elizabeth and Rosanne. Great aunt of 20 as well as many beloved cousins. She was predeceased by her sister, Sara O’Hara Goosby,

Family and friends may visit Wednesday 5:30 to 7:30 PM at the Evergreen Mortuary of McAvoy O’Hara Co, 10th Ave at Geary Blvd. Viewing will start Thursday at 9:30 AM and the Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM (Both AT) at Star of the Sea Church, Geary Blvd at 8th Ave., S.F. Committal Service to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery
