The much-anticipate­d game could come down to Liberty running back Darrion Bartley (1,100 total yards, 12 touchdowns), who was Pittsburg’s second-leading rusher in 2017.

#22 San Ramon Valley-Danville (5-2) at #1 De La Salle-Concord (7-1), 7 p.m.:

Someone has to give the Spartans a game like SRV did in 2016, a 28-27 De La Salle victory.

#4 Serra (6-0, 3-0 West Catholic Athletic League) at St. Francis (2-4, 1-2), 7 p.m.:

The teams have split the past 18 meetings. St. Francis dominated both games last year, winning 38-8 and 42-7.

SATURDAY #12 Marin Catholic-Kentfield (7-1) at Redwood-Larkspur (6-1), 2 p.m.:

Redwood has lost 11 straight in the series after winning back-to-back games in 2006-07 by scores of 21-20 and 24-14. Since losing 27-21 in its opener with Berkeley, Redwood has won six straight by a count of 234-52.
